Paolo & Kelly Picarazzi of award-winning cultural dining experience from Australia bring their unique format of food and storytelling to Ras Al Khaimah once again as part of the 2024 Festival! Throughout the dining experience, Kelly will explain the local provenance of all produce sourced, as well as the cultural provenance of each dish in a transcendent storytelling format, unique to Antica. Paolo will take inspiration from Ras Al Khaimah’s organic farms, local produce, and foraged natural flora to curate a special four course Italian/Emirati menu!
